Renting
What documents do I need to rent an apartment or villa?
Typically your Emirates ID, passport copy with visa page, and proof of income or employment letter. For company leases, a trade licence and authorised signatory documents. We guide you through the full Tawtheeq registration.
How many cheques can I pay the rent in?
Most landlords accept 1–4 cheques; some of our managed properties accept up to 6 or monthly payment plans. Fewer cheques usually mean better negotiating power on price.
Are your listed properties inspected?
Yes — every Green Lands managed property is inspected before listing, and we verify ownership documents so you never deal with unauthorised sublets.
Commercial & Labour Accommodation
Do your warehouses have Civil Defence approval?
All warehouses we list are pre-screened for valid Civil Defence approvals, and we confirm the permitted activity matches your trade licence before viewing.
What capacities of labour accommodation do you offer?
From small staff houses for a dozen workers to full camps of several hundred rooms in Mussafah and ICAD, with mess halls and facility management available.
Landlords & Management
What does your property management service include?
Tenant screening, marketing, lease and Tawtheeq administration, rent collection, maintenance coordination, periodic inspections and monthly owner statements — one team, full transparency.
How do you value my property?
We combine live comparable transactions in your area with property-specific factors (condition, specification, access) to produce a market-accurate valuation, typically within 48 hours.
What are your management fees?
Fees depend on property type and portfolio size. Contact us for a tailored quote — most landlords find the service pays for itself through reduced vacancy and better rent collection.
